   WTF is it with people trying to sell land when the deed is all fucked up. This one doesn't have a legal description of the property and no one knows when it will get fixed.
   
   That's 2 in a row now where I've had everything else lined up ready to go and the dumb fuck seller has an incomplete/fucked up deed.
   
   The realtor, title company and county are getting together today to try and figure it out but I'm pretty much resigned to the fact I wasted another 2 months for NOTHING.
