That is categorically not true as a blanket statement. There are so many factors that cause break outs. Luckily I've never had to deal with acne, but from the photos you have posted you do. And you're buying into a gimmick just because some models swear by a gold facial.
It goes on your face, it’s the only product I’ve tried that keeps the moisture there, doesn’t dry. I’d sleep with it and wake up feeling like I just put it on.
