Just woke up from a dream where I was completely carved open and giving myself an autopsy and somehow my lungs were in perfect condition which I think made me realize it was a dream and then I woke up and you know, came here to post it like an adult would do

I can’t tell if my chest feels tight or if I’m just tense, can’t relax. I had two cans of monster and will stop tomorrow. Other news I need to see a chiropractor. Emotionally, felt different wearing one of my old outfits: black Lorne DMs, black jeans, black knee length raincoat, brown floral blouse and brown bunny hat. I’ve been thinking if I become that person I’ll stop smoking again. Now I’m home and resting because I didn’t get enough sleep. Everything’s chaotic right now but I feel calm.

The monarchy doesn’t have real political power and bring money into the country. They’re a tourist attraction.
On to how I’m feeling… Heart is p bad so I can’t do anything without feeling strain. Laying down now, that was my last Monster for sure.

That all sounds healthy but I don’t like coffee, tried it once and spat it out. I’ll try doing exercise first thing though, usually it’s music, cigarette and monster, go look at the apple trees. The plan is to quit monster cold turkey or switch to cider, let my heart recover awhile (two weeks) then go back on coke. Thanks for that.

even ecigs are better than vapors. just dont inhale it. have a beer or glass of wine at night and have a ecig and hold the smoke in the mouth for 5-10 seconds and let it roll out. play with the smoke. like have it flow into a glass of wine like fog rolling down a hill. the reason for doing this is something funny to do while getting a good nicotine high which is relatively safe. and have a glass or half glass of wine to get a good buzz.
I'd do that with you. maybe brandy even. just a quarter glass for me. my meds dont mix well with alcohol. I get high blood pressure after a beer.
