so, a few weeks ago Ive decided to buy some very high quality and very reasonably priced "titanium" header wrapper from china (as pictured).
it was like $5 for 5 meters including shipping so i thought its a something that would be good value for some high quality shits and giggles on my bike.
the truth is ive always wanted to do this to my bike and every bike i own eversince i wrapped my first header more than 25 years ago but never got to do it due to the cost/retardation factor but now with international china e-commerce everything are so cheap so i was like why not.
i failed at wrapping it as neatly as i imagine i could because i didnt take my exaust pipe off my bike. taking the exaust pipe off involves unbolting rusty and heavil high probability of breaking and thats a risk i want to avoid. it was a long, ardious and tedious process but in the end i manageed.
it was during the test runs that my retardation became announced;
fiber glasses, as they turn out, release gigantic amount of carcinogenic smoke as theyre being heated. and wrappimg these wrapsb -

Did u drill and tap or able to extract? Also do you have your own shop or what -

i did many of those when i was working in a garrage.
broken header bolts is a part of life.
they couldnt be replaced with stainless steel bolts due to the difference in expansion rate when hot. -
