   yeah, there probably isn't anything unique or strictly regulated in relation to the manufacture of blister packaging for medical purposes. they probably set up their own factory to manufacture it because they needed somewhere to put their tax break money, saving money by outsourcing to regular manufacturers would leave an unsightly bulge in their proverbial pocket.
