I don't listen to sonic youth nearly as much anymore, but they were one of my favorite bands growing up, hell even one their last albums sonic nurse was pretty cool
the first album i ever heard from them was 'confusion is sex' their first, and thats a really weird place to come into sonic youth but it was still good
They've changed over the years. Mid 1990s I guess was their peak.
They're a 36 year old band now. Almost 4 decades. few 3 decades of your life go really slow. I'm old, Out of shape and can go at any time. not old to others but old on my fathers side.. normal death age is 60. My dad at 50 and Im just over 50 now.
Good times. It was an interesting experience. but the last 16 years have been the most challenging. At least we experienced good music. MOON PERSON think a dj mixing songs is worthy of a concert. Thats the new rock star is the DJ mixing and playing some kind of layering synths loops
Thank you great creator for allowing me to experience the end of the Analog age in my teens before the destructive digital world takes over! AMEN!
