I don't know it's not my generator...it's going to be based on the flow of the creek in question which would be widely variable wouldn't it. One with a heavy flow you could set up multiple generators...Power 24/7 unlike wind and solar.
You'd use it to recharge a bank of 12v batteries though...not direct power...so in conjunction with wind and solar you'd be all set. -

Well obviously the person building the setup WOULD know the wattage output and his wattage requirements...it's a simple case of balancing them both...if you need more generating power you add another solar panel/water wheel/windmill etc...or decrease your usage.
It's all very simple Vincent.
