LISTEN - I know thereās always been some discussion around BeyoncĆ© not winning awards when she should BUT after listening to Renaissance several times if she doesnāt win a Grammy, shame shall fall on the recording academy. Those first three songs flow together like melted butter and the entire album is a POP masterpiece idc idc.

I had a great appreciation for her self titled album. I listened to it on repeat start to finish numerous times. I canāt really say the same for the rest of her albums, even though I have loved many of her songs and I think sheās a standout performer. That canāt really ever be denied. Iāve always thought the hype around people wanting her to get awards was mostly in part to her deserving her flowers, and she does. This album is true artistry though and if they donāt actually give her her damn flowers well I just donāt know what.
Maybe itās bc Iāve always loved house music. This bitch got me messed up lol. Even Lanny is walking around the house singing you wonāt break my soul.

The album is actually geared towards gays ..it was dedicated to her late uncle who was gay that passed away due to AIDS...but it's still a great body of work for everyone to enjoy...
