Never liked stuffed peppers at all. I like all the components that go in one so it's kinda weird. Just not my jam.

You should stuff them with couscous, mushrooms, tomatoes, and feta sometime.

my idea for a stuffed pepper recipe called the inception pepper
a habanero stuffed inside a serrano stuffed inside japalpeno stuffed inside a poblano stuffed inside a bell pepper and you take like 5-6 of those and cook the stuffed peppers in a chili oil broth and then batter them in flaming hot cheetos franks red hot sauce breading batter and deep fry the suckers and serve with tabasco and sriracha

yeah I thought about it...when I cook the ones in the freezer I thought about covering them in grated cheese so it gets nice and crisply in the oven.

What, couscous is so good! Well, Israeli couscous, not French. I don't care for French. Israeli simmered with some butter, onions, and stock is delicious. And for this you would add some Tunisian spices.

I dunno what race mine was...it came out of a box from Aldi. First and last time I shall ever consume it..I bought 2 boxes, chicken flavor and garlic and herb...I never even tried the garlic and herb after the chicken fiasco.
