Why would it be? I've had Bombay Sapphire on the plane but can't recall if it was different, I was always out of it. -

That sounds like factchecking. In reality airplane cabins are pressurised, but only to the equivalent of 8,000' to save money. You wouldn't want a much lower pressure than that or you'd have people starting to pass out. -
