I can't deal witht this heat. I can handle 23C for a week or two when I go to England and it's only going to 19C at the most for the next week here but this has gone on for weeks and I can't cope. That's swimming in the sea weather in Ireland and usually only happens for four weeks in a year, at Easter and summer. My comfort temperature is 7C.
