    Lol no it couldn't...if you knew anything about motor powered cycles you'd see there was simply not enough room for the 150cc engine in that sized enclosure displayed in the artistic rendition .

    150cc is smaller than a coffee mug. modern 150cc water cooled scooter engine and gearbox are smaller than or equal to a mid sized water mellon.

    Wrong. Different states have different laws and mopeds have always been classified as having pedals even before faggy laws
