Folks I am wearing a 34 inch waist with a 32 length, weighing at 201 pounds I feel like I"m fat as fuck.
I don't have a big belly or a double chin, but I *feel* like I'm 9lb overweight.
People I blame:
The large breasted lunch lady "Mommy" who overserves me.
Rene the old cuban guy who gives me extra trays and calls me "Big Gringo"
The Staff at Rehab who give me snacks at 9pm that are typically 1 little debbie snack & 1 2% milk carton

Tomorrow I'm going to do 10 sets of 30 squats and go back to eating half portions. I did eat a butterfinger, 2 oatmeal creampies, 2 cups of pudding, a bowl of frosted flakes, 2 tortillas with hot sauce, and a cappachino
