   you should never go to to the hospital unless you are 100% gonna die. Those first stages when you get TOO HIGH is actually what the drug is supposed to be like. You aren't supposed to be able to just casually smoke it every day like some people do, it should make you take a step back and say "holy shit"

   
   My Arterial Blood Gas Test (ABG) came back abnormal. The red blood cells enlarged the BUN test showed. They draw blood from an artery and I was suffocating from red cell enlargement

   i love tweak but like many users have posted, the only/best way to use it is to do a set amount in one sitting, and then go enjoy the drug, when it wears off, smoke some weed, or drink if you like, and relax. Repeat in a couple days or a couple weeks even.
   
   But if you go hard in the paint you'll get lost in the sauce and end up 125lb skeleton like and have no teeth (like helladamnleet).
   
   Sometimes I'll do like 3 lines of the shit over the course of 15-18 hours, by lines I mean 50-80mg, maybe .1 if i have a tolerance.
   
   I have friends that do .25g as a shot IV. Sometimes I boof .1g
   
   IMO, which as you know is just an opinion, never smoke the shit and never keep compulsively redosing, find shit to do, go and do it and leave the drugs at home, the high lasts like 8-14 hours, if you want to keep going, coming all the way back home to get higher, then stepping out again will keep you from using a lot.
   
   Nice thing is, unless your Paul Wozny aka a weak ass bitch, you won't overdose on the shit.
