For the record, I've been distrustful of police probably since I was about 14 or 15 and did a ride-along job-shadow thing with the West Fargo police department as I actually wanted to become a law enforcement officer myself.
Actually no that didn't make me distrust them it just made me realize how boring and easy their job really is.
