In detox crisis center I was at from 6/1-6/9 they have 500mg benadryl shots that just give you delerium you can't stay awake from, this 6'8 motherfucker scrawny as fuck was talking about space ships and how he was gonna escape and then shoved his bed (don't see why they put him in the rooms with movable beds) against the door.
Once they pushed it free, they had him surrounded by 8 staff. 2 of which had syringes hid behind their back. So I yelled "THEY FINNA KILL YOU!" and he started like balling his fists and looked each one in the eye and said he could see into their soul.
Two big ass Mr. Clean lookin mufuckas grabbed him while this huge fat black guy laid on him on the bed, within seconds they had one shot going into his thigh, the big guy kinda let up so dude could go limp but he started thrashing, then they hit him with the second one.
Then he went night night. Dude sleeps for 6 hours at Dinner time has the audacity to ask me and this other black guy why we didn't help him.
I asked, 500mg a shot.

In my experiences for really combative patients they use either Thorazine, Haldol, or ketamine.
Doesn't matter how crazy or fat you are, if they hit you with a 200-300 mg Thorazine shot you are going down.
