I was thinking yesterday about how I know there is alot wrong with my mental health but if I was diagnosed as scitzo affective I would deny it and call the sources credentials into question. If you accept it then you're officially crazy and that's apparently the only thing you know that's grounded in reality. It's all very complicated and I'm not even qualified to talk about myself. I should really go back to that psychologist even though I don't think she helped much. I haven't gone in over a month, I feel if she was a good psych she would have kept tabs on me, and felt guilty if I wigged the fuck out

they have lots of patients and lots of flaky people who aren't good about keeping or making appointments, i wouldn't take it personal
