When I drive around every day I would run to a pizza joint or Mexican place or taco bell etc and get food. I do that only once every two weeks or so and once a week I might get a small desert.
My new reduction is soda. Though I was drinking sugar free I was doing 3 a day.
I'm down to one in the last week. Soon I may stick to water and a coffee in the morning or mid morning.
The soda expands your stomach causing food to not digest properly.

First of all I’m not taking sides here and this isn’t exactly the place mentally unstable people should be posting on
Wellhung may troll a lot but he’s having fun doing it
Deep down he’s a good person and people can mock him all they want for him being overweight or whatever they want but at least he has the gumption to post a pic and accept the criticism
Everyone has their own personal issues to deal with in life but they come on here to point the finger at him and whoever else they perceive as an easy target
Personally I don’t like him either but he’s a person just like the rest of us
