Racism is simply another form of discrimination...tribalism, favoring your loved ones, friends, people who look like you, people you like...is also a form of discrimination...
It's all the same. If you favor some people over others for whatever reason, be it skin color, size, gender, having more money than you, being prettier than you, etc etc..it's discrimination
Being a discerning human is a good trait to have, it helps keep you alive and is a "basic" instinct. -

Yup...everyone is racist but most people don't realize it/admit to it because it's not "cool" to do so..however if you audit their life/behavior/friends/choices/etc you'll find it leans to favor their own racial identity in the VAST majority of cases. -

Most people aren't racist at all in fact, you can discriminate for all sorts of reasons that have nothing to do with race and that's how it is for most people.
