My head hurts every day, it hurts so fucking much a the time and I get lightheaded and have to lie down and then it just hurts even more until I pass out. I have not slept regularly in months. Then I wake up in the morning because it hurts too much and it hurts all day. I have gotten to the point where I cannot keep down any food because I just feel even sicker, my head hurts even more and then I go vomit it and it hurts a lot to puke all the time, it's bitter and coarse and rough and chunky even when I just eat rice and I start running out of breath and choking and it's impossible to clear it out. I just want it to be over, I am so sick of this. The only reason I haven't yet is because i feel too much like shit to even pull through on it.
I wish I would just die in my sleep. I don't want to wake up. I do t want to wake up. I don't want to be conscious. I don't want to go through another day. I don't want to do it. I don't want to do it. I don't want to do it. Why can't my body just go all the way and just die if it is gonna be such a fucking pain to itself. I want to smash my head against a wall til lots not there any more.
