If they weren't they'd have steamrolled the country by now, artillery is quick to move and fire and Russia has a shitload of it so if they weren't concerned with civilian casualties they could have just wiped the slate clean.

Do you have literally no short term memory or ability to read? I said if they were ok with killing civilians it'd be over by now because there's nothing in the world that doesn't get shwacked by arty, if they'd done that from the start this wouldn't be a conversation but they didn't because that's evidently not their intentions.

At the start of this current war The Ukraine lost a lot of ground regardless of any weapons they had, and with the near infinite spending and support and sanctions of the west they're still losing ground day by day, and that's still without scorched earth against the people.
We're seeing it in real time right now as the last holdouts in Azovstahl aren't dead which they would be if this were happening like you try and claim.
