It isn't called "Ball-Peen" for nothing. That's its only purpose.
Make sure to clobber your balls first, though, then work up to the shaft and then to the tip and back. Do at least 3 sets of 5 min back and forth genital hammering a day and you'll see drastic improvements within the next two to three years.
