   Goat cheese is rather bitter. I prefer the salty cheeses. I did have an entree once with goat cheese some fancy kind of ham and honey. It was bitter, salty and sweet at the same time. Which was odd, but pretty good nonetheless.

   Women always love goat cheese for some reason. Having figured it out but literally every woman in the world loves it. There are some women who don't like dill pickle potato chips but very few who will pass on the goat cheese
