no he absolutely lost it. He was more calculating and basiclaly rational and he didnt even display that funny smile or his behavior like in that video above. He literally lost it recently. He may have always been planning this and been a nutcase but he lost it. You realize he was attakcing a nuclear power plant trying to srtart a radioactive cloud six times worse than chernobyl today? that is someone rational to you?

It's perfectly rational when invading a country to take over the power grid..yes...the fact it's a nuclear plant doesn't really change that. War is risky business. The building that was on fire was an outer building anyway...false alarm.
Only an insane person would leave the largest Nuclear power plant in Europe in the hands of the "enemy".
