There is no way that costs more than it does to keep cocaine illegal. Also if you are white and born in this country you deserve to have the best quality care in the world, fuck immigrants. But we are so big baller we just pay for everyone by pumping and slamming.
Just wait until cocaine is legal, the government will have to pay everyone UBI and a global brain drain will bring all scientific and industrial power to a now zero tax free nation with relative low population in the first world and an open doors policy
