So what’s the difference between getting a gigg because your skin gets ashy in the winter and getting a gigg because your skin peals in the summer ?
I won’t even address the chicken claim .. because the white people love fried chicken more than anyone ... -

There is no difference.
Choosing anyone for a top level position simply because of their skin color/gender rather than evaluate all candidates based on the their qualifications/experience/history is clearly wrong. Stating you are going to pick a black female for the position before ANYONE has even been evaluated as a candidate is racist and sexist...and obviously wrong. -

I'm sure she's very qualified and might in fact be the very best person to fill the position, in fact.
But why would you ask this question?
Originally posted by stl1 Were Barrett and Cavanaugh the most qualified for the Supreme Court or were they selected for thgir right leaning politics and the hope that they would overturn Roe v. Wade?

White people have been sitting in power because they are white since a long time... news flash
Get over it -

Again her qualifications are irrelevant unless you can post EVERY POSSIBLE CANDIDATES qualifications to compare them to...but you can't...because Biden stated UPFRONT he was going to pick a black woman before he'd seen and evaluated ANY qualifications.
That's the racist (and sexist) bit you see...a white middle aged man didn't have a chance, an Indian woman didn't have a chance, an Asian Transexual didn't have a chance... -

2022-02-25 at 6:52 PM UTCThe true facts of the matter are that, oftentimes, black women have to be much more qualified and competent than their white, male competition to even be considered for the same position.

Like the vice president?
The main qualifications for this nomination was being a woman and black...per your president's statement. -
2022-02-25 at 7:22 PM UTCTo be fair though, if she really is the most qualified, regardless of if she did indeed get picked firstly because of her sex and race, it's sort of a no harm no foul really.
Like as a general practice obviously not the best way to decide roles like this but since it happened, and it worked out, let's not automatically disqualify her JUST BECAUSE Biden said that. Give credit where credit is due at least as far as she's concerned.
I certainly don't know enough about supreme court candidates qualifications to be able to say one way or the other (and I kinda don't really give a shit either) but I definitely can't read her list of qualifications and think myself 'oh that's it? I can think of waayyy more qualified people. Is this a JOKE??🤣'
Because I cant name another person more qualified. In fact I couldn't name another person at all. oopsy faisy! -

2022-02-25 at 8:51 PM UTClol.
supreme court judges were never chosen based on their qualifications, but are instead chosen based in their political leanings and affiliation.
its just that biden adds another few metric to the selection process that includes sex and color.
the century of niggers is upon thee. deal with it. -

What are the exceptions for you? Are all black people "monkeys" by default until they demonstrate to you otherwise? Do you have a list of criteria that you use to determine when a black person goes from monkey to regular human?
I think maybe as the superior race who evolved from niggers we display more civility. Blacks are on the cusp of evolving into civilized therefore they still retain some of their niggerish animal instincts.
