anyways I would say Wariat but even that would be wrong. I just wish you could kill the lifestyle without the person. but if he continues that lifestyle then no one will cry over his death. He should know this. He should know the kind of damage he is doing. He needs to grow the fuck up

My annual VA physical came back last week. According to all the tests I am in perfect health other than a slight delay on cardio recovery due to smoking.
But I promise you this, I could still send you to the hospital if your actions warrant it.
OK so that Last Part at the VA. that is a really bad thing. isn't that a sign of an enlarge heart?
My LDL is high and my HDL is low (bad) and my Triglycerides is in the OK but a high OK and apparently my platelets are high. above 400 but not 450. its still flagged.
Either I'm fighting an infection or the 2 shots I got for Pneumonia 20 and the first stage Shingles could have done it. I took the blood test like 5 days after those shots. but my platelet count is wrecked.
I can never eat Sugar again.. at least processed. maybe honey a little bit. and cereal like cheerios
I need to eat more red meat but no fat. so like real lean beef. I hate Salmon. I fucking hate Salmon. no matter how its made. I feel sick when I eat it but I love white fish. Talapia and Cod are my faves. -
