If you say "I will die if I jump off off this bridge" that's just your opinion. It might be true more often than not but it isn't inherently true and can't be considered a fact unless you knew you were going to do 100% of the time. That's what makes it an opinion. Better to just say "I think I'll die if I jump off this bridge, but I don't know for sure."

    That's just your opinion.

didn't I post about this a few months back

predicting a wave of young kids with social developmental disorders because constant mask-wearing stops them from learning facial expressions and social cues the way they normally would
The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire!

You mean people like you that withdraw from society and get all their info online? You don’t learn social cues that way as well.

Or they could have super expression reading abilities as they learn to read all the expressions simply from another person's eyes.

I watched something on that last year at some point, some study they did with facial expressions and eyes.. hmmm. Interesting I know. I'm going to look for it somehow, I don't remember exactly how it worked.

I found what I was thinking of, it was an episode of Mind Field and I had it wrong. They first guessed what emotions a person was expressing based off their eyes, then the participants all got botox done around their eye areas and they did the test again, and their ability went down.

Basically their OWN inability to make certain facial expressions reduced their ability to determine certain facial expressions in others.

So based off that you could potentially say that if everyone wore masks that it would greatly reduce their ability to determine facial expressions and read emotions in others, especially if youpre also wearing a mask.

I guess that sounds kind of obvious but it would also mean that simply wearing a mask and being unable to show your expression would decrease your ability to read others expressions even if they ARENT wearing a mask.

Where do you get your info? From newspapers, magazines, and cable like STD1?
