I just looked at my pile of dishes I've been neglecting for WEEKS in this dumbass depression spell and it genuinely pissed me off this morning. Mad at MYSELF.
What am I fucking doing??
I'm posting this embarrassing picture for.. accountability I guess. I need to step it up. Ridiculous. I walk by that twenty times a day as if it's not even there. Jesus CHRIST.
Remeber like 4 months ago when I was all happy dappy doo and I was running like 2 miles a day and flirting with the work girls and just LIVING LAUGHING LOVING oh I'm gonna make music professionaly the world is my oyster??? LMAO what a Joke!
I haven't even LISTENED to music when ive been by myself in over a month. I stopped running (winter hasn't helped) and just regressed into this turtle shell mode like I'm hibernating or some shit.
I wonder if exercise really played that big of a factor to my mental health because it seemed like a really steep drop off as soon as I stopped. Kinda crazy I hope it's true really. Gotta start forcing myself to exercise one hour a day.
Anyway I just needed to get that off my chest so you guys can make fun of me and inspire me to be less gross and lame.

I got some of those Tazo teas on BGO and they are pretty decent. I usually prefer to buy bulk teas online from China because they are delicious and very economical but these are alright too.
