Here are two of the many ways to go about it:
1. New accounts can only make 1 topic per day for their first week, post 10 comments/day for the first week.
2. New accounts have to go through the toughest capchas you can get your hands on to make a new thread, and to comment.
You can also mix and match.
Should solve the spamflush and alt problem. We could also go all out like GameFAQs and create a userweb and a points system to restrict posting. But that's kind of gay and a pain in my balls, so not really needed.
And yet, here you are the very one who is spamming up BLTC right now with garbage threads. Go figure. -
