2022-01-17 at 6:41 PM UTCDuring the so-called "Ice Storm" of December 2013, which took out power across the province for months, with -50F temps, I dug up the pipes and wrapped them all in old, thin blankets, right up to the well, then reburied them. Wrapped all the pipes leading into the house and inside the house as well. Everyone else was without water for months, but I had running water the entire time.

2022-01-17 at 9:28 PM UTCwelp, the toilet drained into the tub, not my shit, not my problem, rick will have the pleasure of bucketing it out of the tub and washing the tub after, but no I can poor hot water in the toilet and it goes to the tub but on the way it goes across the frozen part so its melting the ice flow blockin the water from leaving the house,
on the fun side I just got back from riding my artic cat in 14 inches of snow breakin trails around the neighborhood, may be the best sled I ever got for 300 bucks. -

2022-01-18 at 1:29 AM UTCHired a seemingly nice older spanish lady to come around my residence 2x per week for laundry & general tidying shit up etc. Today was her first session & I'm noticing she didn't wash my black sweatsuits separately (I distinctly made a list stating "black sweats, wash solo in cold water, delicate dry". Just went to rock them & they're riddled w/ lint in the creases, unfuckingacceptable !? She washed them w/ all the colored clothes.

I like her please give her another chance. Also set up a bunch of cameras around your place for when she's working and you're not around, and then do things like leave a hundred dollar bill in your pants or somewhere else as a test to see if she would take it or let you know.The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire! -

if you're employed do they allow you to do weekend jail time and just prolong time needed to be served (2 days a week) the sentence to make up for it -

Do you speak Spanish fluently? I'm trying to learn. I paid for babble. probably not the best learning site but I bought 6 months upfront to force myself to keep learning. -

Not sure I'd call basic laundry protocol "lofty" lol. Just disappointed as I made a very simple to follow list,laminated it & hung over the washer. I even gave her a Christmas bonus & see wasn't due to start until mid January lol.

Yes my Spanish is god tier. But she's proficient w/ English.
