someone that doesn't drink has no fun in their life and needs some kind of outlet like retail therapy spending large amounts of money on dumb over priced shit to make yourself feel better which honestly at the end of the day sounds more productive and less destructive than alcohol (if you're into that sorta thing) -

if I hurt another person that sounds like good value for what I paid normally when I buy something i forget it in a few days but alcohol the consequences live with me even if i stop drinkign for a week also usually it just seems like I pay money to hurt myself and kill my liver OUCH -

it seems like being totally shit face drunk for a few hours is more dangerous to my health i keep slicing up my hands with random knifes and things trying to cut a drink and there is a trianlgle sized chunk of skin missing from my middle left finger and it looks like its getting infected
I show up to work with random injuries all over my body constantly it doesn't seem very productive to me
