im not really sure how to explain it but theres this weird and uncomfortable 'congestion' sensation followed by my heart thumping to where i can feel it radiating thru my hands thats been coming and going more frequently as of late.
also ive been hacking up thin phlegm a lot more lately which my cardiologist said would happen as DHF advances.

i get chest tightness over my heart sometimes when i doa lot of crack but they said it's inflammation from my Rheumatoid arthritis but for about a year i suspected i was gonna die from it and even went to get EKG'ed nd really cut down on using crystal meth because i didn't want my mom to outlive me (I'm her only son and this is a fear) so now i sometimes get like organ kidney tightness in my back by my ribs when i go on huge drinking benders which my mom says are the kidneys struggling because of the excessive beer drinking
I'm probably gonna die in the next 25 years because of the disease modifying anti rheumatic drugs but i'm hoping to have a lot of happpy memories in my stalling body between now and then. THe idea of death kinda took on new meaning int he last two years as friends both IRL & online like Bill Krozby started dropping dead around me
i kinda just figured if it happens it's gonna happen but i might as well live int he mean time, but i only drank 5 beers today and hope tomorrowt o do 0 for the first time in like a month

im rx'd 2mg 4x daily but i just break it in half and pop 1 mg through-out the day so its always in my system
