Are you friends with any girls? You could probably entrap him she doesn't even have to do anything just go with him to a spot outside of the cameras view. Make a scene, if she's a real G she'll agree to some minor bruises and if you promise to buy her an even nicer jacket maybe she'll let you rip it up a bit add some eye drops to make it look like she's been crying and drive her to the police station. Tell them you're concerned for your friend, she was over at your place, came back like this and wouldn't really talk about anything so you convinced her to go to the police cuz look at her she is obviously in distress.
Now have her file sexual battery charges and request a restraining order that bars him from associating with the people she knows too.

just fucking with people walking buy. the trick is to try and position it so it deflects a bit off of metallic like a pie pan. or to create a reverse parabolic effect to have it sound from a different position. someone walked by and the guy would call them a nigger or some other offensive word whatever nationality they were or how they may have been dressed.
it got pulled (because of the word nigger I guess). he had one in a tree but people figured that one out quickly. he does these hood pranks where he says something in a connotation that comes off sounding harsh and offensive but says something completely benign to show how people are quick to think of the worse. but then drops a word like Nigger when he walks off.
he's like the ultimate enabler guy. annoying cunt but in this case, it seems to be justified if your landlord thinks he's brilliant and getting to jump on you guys first.

fucking hell. this might end and not form a new strain afterwards, but low and behold they're seeing a rapid growth in a deadly avian flu season this coming Jan. which may continue on into the next year.
I feel ill. i'm too tired. I don't want to be the Anti-Vax dude. I had faith that the vax was right over that of not getting one. however I got sick last week from it (really bad) and then I felt really good for a week and now weird spots are popping up on my arm and back of my neck and I feel like vomiting. I stopped taking meds for 3 days to clean myself out. I'm edgy but I just took my meds 20 minutes ago. I have to take tomorrows dose before it kicks back in fully because of half life. but it often helps clean my system out.
anyways, this dude is such a piece of shit. I have had landlords like that guy once before. Only once. evil fucking person.
but I never bothered to play mind games back. We just moved out. let it go. -
