It's because of the debt ceiling. the higher it gets the higher percentage of non-existing wealth is printed.
so it might be true.
in all honesty, past debts still exist because of government new bankruptsy laws that started in 2000. in 1999 I believe was the last time you could wipe out all monies owed except back taxes and college tuition fees.
you went to a lawyer, the average BK was 800 bucks (BK7 I believe) and the lawyer goes to court with you, you saw a panel of 3 judges. they take your cars and all money you have in a bank if less than what you owed (I think leaving 500 plus any money owed for rent). you were allowed to keep your house if the equity was less than 25k. but if you owed money on the house because it was worth less than you paid for, you had the option to walk away from it in the BK7 or keep on making mortgage payments.
they said 7 years would pass before you could get your fico score up, but the truth was the credit card lax that ended up 8 years later in the banking fiasco was you started getting credit card offers even right after your bankruptcy.
today, bankruptcies are not as forgiving. you can't wipe out a bank debt, but rather you negotiate an offer and have to pay something. like 20 percent of the debt, however, they will freeze the interest compounded. so eventually you will pay it off.
the banks were forgiven. people were not.
Banks got their mortgage during Covid19 or people lost their houses.
Landlords who rented out houses did not get their rent. clearly, the Government favored Banks over People. -

I used to be afraid like to sit near one who was sitting alone even close to her not on same bench or anything like in santa cruz near the beach. It was this weird fear I had and this alone I think made it impossible for me. I even had these teen girls say something as I walked by once because one of her nails fell or something and I just said oh wow and ket walking and she later was sitting like alone and I couldnt get myself to say anything to her or talk and she was so fuking hot guys and around 13-16 or so at the time. Another time I was paranoid because this blond girl actually smiled to me and waved and we talked who looked about 15 like I started questioning myself or some say saying youre young arent you and maybe we shouldnt exchange numbers etc but we did and later I never called or texted because i was so paranoid they were setting me up or put her as a decoy near my houser in santa cruz on a bench to get me more charges as I had charges for fighting kevin markley at the time. Shit like this guys is why it never happened or me failing myself not anything else not having the balls to go for it basically or know how to. But now its so bad even if its legal here I dont even know how to approach them or have no opportunities to talk to any especially since its cold and snowy as fuk outside and people walka round masks everywhere like in malls.
