every year. new laws. 1 more dollar added to the bridge toll (of course) and take away the HOV lanes and give it to the rich people of Silicon Valley and Bay Area to pay what is pocket-lint to them and lunch and dinner (both ways) to the average worker per day.
so everyone sits in traffic now. the HOV that got those lanes to push traffic through for those who didn't want to drive and tie up the roads that much more are to drive in the regular lanes while the rich people with their fastrac get to cut right through.
