one good thing that could come out of this is like with Rick Martinez (I think that was his name.. didn't understand Metric system well) came out against the "J'ewish run media" and has unleashed facts about former "Conspiracy Theories" as conspiracy facts. I bet CNN has updated their NDA clause for new hires what they can and can not say. But people don't understand that if you suspect a crime has been committed or wrongful doing while signing an NDA. you don't have to honor it. Also this neighbor of my friend in our youth showed me the enterance and exit scar on his chest and out the side just under his armpit of where these "screamers" (I think thats what they called them.. or streamers) which were bullets outlawed in WWII as a torture device that spun and made a whistling sound coming at soldiers from the enemy. it played a huge roll in PTSD like symptoms. but the worst part was they would spin and just splice and dice the human organs or internal flesh around them. causing the solder to die slowly rather than bleed out fast. it in a way saved soldiers if they got immediate medical attention (usually with 3 or 4 surgeries having to be performed and a lot of researching for the surgeon to find all the damage done). unlike today, where surgeons just cut a quarter size hole to search around, they had to just cut a dude wide open, close him up after an hour or two because it was too much blood lost and shock on the body. causing more exploratory surgery to be done later, if the patient didn't die from infection in the first place.
The Russians supplied the Viet-Cong with illegal weapons banned after WWI. I heard Mustard gas was used on American Soldiers. they didn't follow the rules. no doubt, bio-weapons were used that the Soviets captured from the Germans after WWI and stored away. but they probably were useless that many years later.
proxy wars don't follow the Geneva Convention Rules (well the Americans had to. especially since it was a Police Action and not "A war")
