clearly you're finny. its a big let down knowing this. and stop talking to your alt. it's just not believable.
How deep is your well? my Brother says many wells are drying up. there is no guarantee of water replacement or replemishment during the next snow storms. so you have to dig an existing well deeper (like 1000 feet) over that of the usual 160-200 feet most wells hit water. at least on the west coast because even though we have mountains our crust layer is far more shallow than the east coast which is flatter. not sure how that works.
anyways. do you have to dig a new well in Arizona every few years? what does that cost? -

It wasn't an insult. It was pointing out the fact that his opinion is a lonely thing.

You think everyone is someone. The fact is you are paranoid.

There are two major underground aquifers in the valley. One is at about 400 - 500 feet and the other, the bigger one, (practically an underground river) is at about 750 to 900 feet. My well is 825 feet deep with a 17 gallon per minute recovery rate.

No, my well was dug 22 year ago by the same company that currently services it. I had some electrical problems with a control unit and I called them to replace the board. Since then, at my request, they showed me the original drilling report and it had the same recovery rate then as it did when I had it inspected in 2020 prior to making my offer on the property. If my or I should say when my pump finally fails it will run me about $15,000 to have it replaced due the the extreme depth of the well.
I am getting ready to build a battery storage shed over the holding tank in preparation for a windmill and some solar panels to power the well. That way even if the grid goes down I will still have water. -
