I like how the Southern Christian States enforce vagrancy laws but complain that San Francisco allowed people to live on the street instead of putting them on a one-way bus ride out of their back yards.
San Francisco however just allows everything to live on the streets. That's what fucked it up. Druggies and sick fucks shitting everywhere don't really represent the down and out. they're just too fucked up to maintain life and drift around but it does show San Francisco was being more Christ-like by not throwing them into jails for being a bum -
