I interviewed a sex offender at my last job, his mom asked me to as a favor even though we were not hiring at the time...she didn't tell me he was a sex offender but said he just needed the practice (and he didn't know there was no job).

Kid was like 20 when I interviewed him he brought his resume and had on there that he was a registered sex offender...I read it out loud and he said "can I tell you about that?"..."go ahead" said I

So he says when he was 17 he had a 16yr old girlfriend and her dad reported him for fucking said girlfriend...that's what got him on the list. A pretty lame reason in my opinion.

I told him "You probably shouldn't put that on your resume".

Look, I get it that you’re trolling. I know you’re smart enough to know that won’t get you anywhere. Some of these guys are trying to better themselves, so be helpful to them.

Confidence is fine and big hairy audacious goals are great. But you need to have a plan or at least an idea of what you’ll bring to the table that you can articulate during an interview. If not, I’ll find a more qualified candidate who does and can.

How has that line been working out for you?

great. it helps me fílter out all those beta bosses with weak authority that will overreact as soon as they detect a faint, tingling sensation of challenge to their authorities.

whenever i look for new jobs i go there looking at my worst, long hairs, unkempt. if my potential bosses cant look past these they are the type that couldnt see far ahead and we wouldnt be compatible.

Um, that's EXACTLY what you want to be hiring for a low tier job.

it wont be a pissing game have you had strong authority.

Strong authority means you don't waste time on "Challenges"...you want a gont that does as he's fucking told and just responds "yes sir".

Example: Newest underling, Eric came into work yesterday with Kolaches and donuts...I said "What's the occasion" he said "No particular reason other than you're back form vacation"

    Now that's a compliant underling.

and you seems to be the kind of beta-tier manager that could only exert authority over a narrow band of meek, docile, subservient unterlings.

an alphá can hire just about anyone, ex con included and exerts its authority over them without disobedience or mutiny.

No, a person who looks for challenges is a be-ta pretending to be an al-pha...a true al-pha does what he fucking wants regardless of the be-ta masses opinion, If he wants to wear a yellow summer dress to church, he'll do it.
