Again, it's not the price it's the stupids that pay it...like anything it pushes up prices across the board.

We seem to share a like for the same phone. I am a big Samsung fan. I like the HTC phones (or the old M9 I owned years back) and Im kind of a retro nerd on the razr. but the Samsung is just an awesome phone. the specs on it and the camera. A phone is usually a phone to me for phone use but the Camera in the Samsungs and their very advance interpolate software that turns grainy shit pixels into what "should" be there is just amazing. kind of an AI in visual technology at its best.
but you seem to be the hardware guru guy. I've worked on phones mostly androids and replaced screens and fixed power ports and stuff but I'm not real knowledgeable about all of the gear inside these things. I only learned this taking a class at the last retail store I worked at nearly 10 years ago.
It's just not my idea of fun smelling solder smoke and playing figuring out how not to break a fucking flex cable.
Meh.. i need to learn to be more patient. -

But then again I live in a country where you can't own a machine gun. I heard there is a Cambodian tourism company that lets you smoke opium and hash in a den and blow up junk vehicles with old Khmer Rogue soviet era military grade machine guns, rockets and grenades.
you can get high and blow it up and it's very cheap and the food there is cheap too.

That is true and speaking from experience it’s basically the same as Thailand where anything goes except it’s more of a shit hole and everything is even cheaper -
