Yeah I can't do that shit, sometimes I get REALLY into a game and grind it all day long but I have to take breaks for 30mins to an hour because it takes it's toll on my body sitting in the same position for long periods of time
What I like to do is go out and get a snack like an iced coffee and come back refreshed ready to go. -

When you do just basic workouts. Pushups, long walks uphill (Toronto have hills?) and curl some simple barbells even. without bulking up. just toning like a 25 or 30 pounds even. run on a treadmill while curling 25 pound curls. and then holding them above your head or holding them out in front of you. it will wake your ass up good.
this will make you feel happier and then you will feel better going back to playing. take a shower before doing so. sit in front of a fan and cool off. fucking 20 year olds dropping dead of a silent bloodclot getting stuck in their airway and going full cardiac arrest for playing video games 30 plus hours straight. same thing happens in Asia with those asian version of a pinball/slot machine thing. Kaplinko? or some weird shit like that. fucking dudes spending their entire paycheck for 3 days straight, skipping work because of their gambling addiction to something that goes bing bong bing bong and might pay back what they put in.
that's not racist. that's a gambling disease -

He could also jump off his chair every couple of hours and run around the room dozens of times waving his arms and legs frantically for 20 minutes. -

Well if someone expects that then they are stupid... Anything you can fit into a portable device that runs on a battery, you can fit more of it with less less into a stationary device that is plugged into a wall. -

2021-11-28 at 6:29 AM UTCwhenever a newer graphic card comes out, someone instantly write a game and doesn't hold back from the threshhold. they should reserve 20% of max read tolerance to make their games still the newest high polycount with next to zero latency issues while rendering.
