I like knowing what makes people tick. Is his death the reason why you drink? -
2017-04-15 at 6:40 AM UTCNah, I was a heavy drinker before my dad died. Probably geared up for a while as a result but I've returned to base-line since

Never having cried is pretty weird. Even I'm not that unemotional. Does tie into the whole autism/autistic-mimetic theory of mine. I really don't think that's normal/common unless you were on really bad terms or incredibly distant. A lack of emotional/relational closeness, bonds being formed even with family members, would explain it, and it's a good sign of having an underlying disorder.

TBH, I thought the same thing. How the hell did he manage to rupture his esophagus?

2017-04-15 at 6:38 PM UTCHmm, well, yeah, but I have my reasons, and did cry about it after my mental breakdown, although I later came to fully grasp the nature of depression and how it acts as an evolutionary adaptation by modulating your behavior. I understood one more evil inherent to humanity, that I only cared when in a state of weakness, and saw a clear correlation in the change in my behavior with mood, desiring people and empathising less the happier and overall more powerful I felt.
Still, odd behavior for a human being. -

Yes, he and I were roommates in college, he took the top bunk so I couldn't molest him in the night. -

This is a common problem for people like him in relationships. Due to their extraordinarily low empathy they genuinely don't realize how verbally abusive or neglectful they can be towards others, and this causes social relationships, particularly romantic ones, to fail. -

he isnt autistic. are you convinced anyone who has a conversation with you has to be autistic? if he does have some mild degree it's definitely subclinical, because autism isn't just a spectrum, it's a continuum from the normal population. Most of the people here are going to have elevated traits but that's just the nature of human differences. -

That's pretty much what a significant portion of the user base has been telling you for over a decade. So that doesn't make Lanny special. -
