Kinda feel like Kyle's gonna go down for Rosenbaum. To be clear I'm not 100% sure about this, it is not cut-and-dry obvious, but watching the drone cam footage it does kinda look like Kyle might have maybe possibly... just a little... like... executed him. Rosenbaum goes down pretty quick and it looks like he's on the ground when the last little puff of gun smoke happens.

Very iffy, really depends on how the jury feels about that footage and whether or not they interpret it as Kyle firing on someone who was no longer a threat.

Don't get me wrong I think all the shootings were justified (or at least started that way), I'm just not 100% sure about the final bullet in one of the shootings. 50/50 on that one trigger pull, as it may technically constitute an unlawful use of deadly force. If you're 100% certain about it either way, I'd say that's a far better indicator of bias. 🤷

The prosecutor deliberately misled the court, that is perjury. When the witness was interviewed by prosecutor Thomas Binger, upon finishing his statement Binger asked him if there was anything he would like to add to his statement and he replied no. Binger then showed a video and still image of Joshua Ziminski.
For those not following the case Ziminski is the guy who fired 3 shots in the air as Rittenhouse was being chased by Joseph Rosenbaum just before Rosenbaum cornered Rittenhouse and attempted to grab his weapon. Zaminski 35, of Racine, was charged with arson of property other than a building, a felony, and disorderly conduct/use of a dangerous weapon. Zaminski's wife Kelly was also charged with several misdemeanors with footage from her own cell phone used as evidence against the couple (stoopid bitch).
Whe Binger asked this witness if he knew the man in the video and photo's name the witness replied that he did not. Binger told him that it was Joshua Zaminski, put the cell phone down and pick it back up and asked the witness, "Who is this". The witness testified that he "confusingly said like Joshua Zaminski". Binger then asked him if he would like to add that to his statement in the interview. The witness testified that he did not want to change his statement and that after the interview he hired an attorney. The prosecutor represented to the court that when asked who it was in the video and photo during the interview that the witnessed replied Joshua Zaminski. This is an obvious misrepresentation of events designed to mislead the court and by doing so Binger has perjured himself.
