   It absolutely does. You can't call the deceased a victim while a defendant is pleading self defense. Until the defendant is proven not guilty or guilty he is presumed to be innocent. An innocent man can not have victims. You can go argue that with the judge BTW.

   Morals have nothing to do with it. Every living thing has a right to self defense. If I have a gun and you attempt to grab it you will most likely be shot. It is pretty simple open and shut.

   Pretty sure That varies state to state and is up to judges discretion.
   
   Also Pretty sure I was the first person who posted ITT about the judge ruling the #Kenosha3 can be called rioters, looters and pedophile scum (hopefully) but the arbery case is a completely different matter in almost every way. I know you were confused and thought that we were still posting about Kenosha but although the cousin fuckers in Georgia may only have a faint shot in the dark of a self defense case, the circumstances are clearly very very different.
