Soi, how would you feel about the Arbrery case if it was 3 jedis who hunted down a white guy they thought entered a construction site, possibly to steal something? Evidence of premeditation is clearly there, it's just whether or not someone is entitled to struggle over a weapon when someone chases them down and points it at them. Should Mordecai, Fagin and Shlomo go free?
The most significant aspect of that case is obviously the DA cover up. Should the Joos be held accountable for the poor innocent whites death in this case?

You are not a victim when you are shot by another exercising their right to self defense, you are the assailant.
Which is why the judge ruled, during the preliminary hearing, that the prosecution could not refer to those shot as victims. It is also why he rules that the defense could refer to them as rioters and looters.
