You had me following for a moment until you stated Venezuela and poor people. because I feel for them too however it's biggest supporters in the USA right now (Outside of nationalist from there) is the Far Left. and communism. Which I feel will fail in that country. so it's interesting you showed compassion for them but you hate Commies very much.

He had no problem using that sort of rhetoric on small business owners - yet he'd never dare say to rich investors or speculators "you didn't build that". -

There's no middleman.
The government is not an independent super entity, it literally is the mechanism by which "we" arrange to pay the road repair company.
What else would that look like to you short of toll roads everywhere?
