Kyle Rittenhouse: Am I missing something?

  1. Wariat Marine/Preteen Biologist
didnt they want them to destroy themselves with drugs due to racism and avoid economic competition like bussing?
  2. aldra JIDF Controlled Opposition
maybe, to some extent? from what I understand they mostly just didn't care.

the point of the exercise was that the contras and similar in South America had drugs but not money, so the CIA would take their drugs and give them weapons and support, then sell the drugs in bulk to dealers inside the US for cash
  3. Wariat Marine/Preteen Biologist
but im sure racism had to play a part in choosing the distributors all in inner cities and black say not puerto rican or polish neighbourhoods?
  4. aldra JIDF Controlled Opposition
they probably avoided white areas given the longstanding treatment of crack vs. cocaine, but for the most part the black inner-city ghettos had much more dense buyers and existing supply lines they could take advantage of
  5. Wariat Marine/Preteen Biologist
but the treatment of crack vs cocaine also shows the inequality and racism in action by the system no? punishing crack so much more than coke poession because its a cheaper and mostly black drug?

not everything is about racism though

If you are going to not bother training highschool kids to verify money (not asking much I did it when I was a teenager) and just rely on police any time you accept fake money that sounds like a real problem to me. This is why your taxes are so high to pay for laziness because that's what reliance on government security does.

Who cares about checking if the money is real or if someone dies when you can just dial three magic numbers anytime anything in life doesn't go your way. How many times has a Karen dialed 911 for the same reasons.

Justified or not I think this sheds light on a bigger issue in society that nobody cares about because we have been accustomed to letting the police handle everything instead of dealing with problems ourselves.

The outcome of societies inability to handle a simple situation led to the loss of a mans life and the imprisonment of another.

the solution seems to be start using central bank digital currencies.

The DA never should have convened a grand jury to get Rittenhouse in front of the judge to begin with.

    You shouldn't have posted that.

Wild to just post what we think should be the case as if our opinions matter. Like I said, if you want what you think to become the letter of law, raise an army and get to conquerin'.

I have the means to operate outside of the purview of the law to a certain extent.

And if he hadn't been attacked and threatened with a gun he wouldn't have had to shoot them. He didn't go gunning down random people or start the altercation.

The case isn't about whether he should or shouldn't have had a gun or been there, it's about whether or not he legally defended himself from a tangible threat. All these people hyperfocusing on how he got the gun or why he felt the need to carry it or why he was there are just grasping at straws and missing the point.

Not true, at least not according to Gary Webb or anyone else I've ever read who wrote about it. Ricardo Blandon (IIRC being his name) was the conduit between the CIA and the street. His biggest underling was "freeway" Ricky Ross who got rich by forging his own routes from LA via the freeway all the way to Georgia. His guy in NY was much smaller at the time. Also there was virtually no freebase and no cutting, freeway Ricky started cutting dope and was one of the earliest freebasers on a large scale, which lead to him cooking xrack on a large scale. He was a pioneer who was functionally illiterate due to dyslexia who managed to obtain a law degree and successfully appeal his own case when he eventually went to jail as a clear case of entrapment.

I think they really just got lucky when they linked up with a tennis playing kid from south central who formed the logistics routes that helped spread the drug so prevalently.

Another issue I remember them having from the book is that they would have to keep X amount bring funneled to the contras to continue fighting Ortega so they were selling for like 50k a kilo in 1982 because they didn't have many people trying to buy. When they linked up with Ricky and he was getting rid of so much they could drop the price significantly, so now people in the ghetto are the first stop in transit and the end user so they're getting the best for the cheapest while people a few states over are getting a worse product for more expensive. Interesting how the CIA set the playing field

    Who

    ^this

Because they saw him with a rifle and no doubt read his body language siding against left. So they attacked him. The argument will be that he should of been home at that hour.

I mean maybe he will but at least know what the charges are if you are going to say what the case is/isn’t about because he’s literally being charged for being a minor in possession of firearm and violating a curfew that was in place.
