Kyle Rittenhouse: Am I missing something?
-
2021-10-28 at 2:20 AM UTCthat neck-kneeling had absolutely nothing to do with george dying.
his respiratory system was failing from that bag of fentanyl he swallowed which you can clearly see in his mouth in the body cam footage.
that's why he was already exclaiming 'i can't breathe' when they had his ass in the cruiser and acting hyper-erratic.
try this:
exhale, halt your breathing so you can no longer inhale (try for as long as possible), and start talking.
notice how your brain is fighting for the ability to inhale and that you begin to panic... that's exactly what happened to floyd combined with the meth psychosis.
i have first hand experience because that's exactly what happened to me when i binged on morphine, xanax and alcohol back in 2013 -- out of no where i couldnt inhale no matter how much mental fortitude i had put into it and had to keep swallowing to get any oxygen until that ceased and in a flash the next scenario that came was me being surrounded by paramedics that reversed my cardiac arrest with narcan.
i was god damn lucky i was at a girlfriend's house chillin at the time
i had to do respiratory therapy for six fucking months.
anyways -- how the fuck wae chauvin was suppose to know floyd was overdosing?
next thing you know he's guilty of 3rd and 2nd degre murder, along with involuntary manslaughter.
how the fuck is that even possible?
logically ican see them trying to slam chauvin with the involuntary but 2nd and 3rd degree MURDA-MURDA makes no god damn fucking sense... go ahead and google the definition of those 2.
last year i had a cousin who knows how to properly use the knee-restraint which i had him use on me ane i admit -- it fucking hurts like all hell -- but it DOES NOT stop your ability to breath. -

Doubt I'd regard the whole thing as murder or whatever, but there you are.
When I was a youngster a big black cop choked my smaller white friend in front of me because he was drunk and made a veiled threat after getting kicked out of a bar. He didn't choke me because I was more compliant and after slamming my friend to the ground and cuffing him, told me to leave if I didn't want the same treatment. I'm not sure what my point is other than the cop seemed like a violent robotic authority machine, not a human of a certain ethnicity
Also, everyone ITT has been going on like Chauvin was convicted of 2nd degree murder when it was 3rd degree murder which is murder without intent to kill aka fucking manslaughter
So everyone has basically been saying the same thing and America has healed itself through this thread -

Not only that, he was fighting back and resisting the entire time, after trying to pass a fake bill, right up to the point they nailed him to the pavement. Wasn't as if he was handling the situation peaceably whatsoever. All he wanted to do was struggle and resist. He thought he was entitled to just walk away happy after trying to stick the shop owner with a bogus $20. -

Second degree unintentional murder third degree murder murder second degree manslaughter just for extra redundancy. Don't think in any of those charges is intent formed, nor does it matter at all right now. All that matters is he stabs himself in the stomach with a sharpened comb and bleeds out over the course of a night, during which he is visited by the ghosts of all the people he treated unfairly. They rape his dying corpse mercilessly and a pool of bloody shit is found the next day and hosed down as it has already congealed. The funeral is held in a gas station bathroom where his mother shits on the rubbery fluid that was once her son before flushing him into the sewer where the remains of his tissues can bother his rat kinfolk until every physical trace of him is gone and the world is better for it -

I doubt he even knew that 20 was fake he was just chillin doing some drugs which should be legal by the way. The store owner was a bitch for calling the cops
People steal from all the corner shops in my hood and I never see the police. I have seen a store owner chasing a crack head down the street yelling DONT YOU COME BACK OR I KICK YOU ASS!!!!
If the guy is parked outside of your store why would you call the cops and not just pull him out of the vehicle or pull out the tire iron and take his tire off or something. He was nodding out.
I guess you lose your freedom from liability if you get the cops called on you opposed to calling them first but that's exactly what's wrong with society is at the first sign of trouble people dial 911 because you are free from trouble if you dial first, you are the victim!
That store was victimized over $20. When he cashes out at the end of the day he's only up 20 and he's not gonna let a nigger kill him with death by 1000 cuts. Also I'm pretty sure floyd cracked open the pack of smokes he bought so it's not like they can just take it and put it back on the shelf, it doesn't work like that.

2021-10-28 at 10:08 AM UTCyea what a bitch to call the cops instead of just take the 20 like a real man and spend it.

2021-10-28 at 10:15 AM UTCI have never even heard of a store calling the cops for fake bills. I used to work at a store and it was our duty to authenticate the money at the register. The policy I had to work with was "We don't accept fake money, so don't take it"
which also means you have to actually look at each bill, hard to do with a transaction worth thousands paid for all in small bills because drug dealers don't use banks
very easy to slip a few fakes in there and save yourself some bucks.
It takes less time to authenticate a bill than it does to deal with police. Hold it up to the light, do it for every transaction quickly, it's not hard. Dialing 911 should be a last resort, not the first one.

I think you are giving too much credit to dumbass min wage workers...most of them can barely tie their shoes laces let alone remember to closely examine every bill they are given. -

But the shopkeeper didn't realize the bill was bogus until Floyd already had the goods, then Floyd refused to give the goods back, so the shopkeeper had to call the cops to get his property back. -

This has probably happened a thousand times since then to a bunch of people that didn't end up dying. If I was the shopkeeper I'd just keep the 20 and give it as change to someone else. Done and done. Everyone is happy. -

He might have refused but that doesn't create a magical barrier around him or something. There is nothing stopping you from slapping him upside the head, taking his car keys and throwing them in a storm drain and then beating him within an inch of his life.
Or just cut the bullshit, walk up to the car and put a few rounds in the driver side window. Call an EMS they will bag and tag him 10 minutes in and out and everyone can move on with their lives. His family won't even cry they will just say "DAMN DAT FLOYD TRIED IT AT THE CUP AND GOT GOT SHEEEIT DONT FUCK AROUND AT CUP THEY WILL DROP YO ASS LIKE THEY DID MY BRUTHA RIP LOVE AND LIGHT STAY AWAY FROM DRUGS KIDS!!!"
The problem isn't that he was killed over $20. It wasn't the paltry sum that caused outrage. People were mainly concerned that it was a uniformed police officer causing his death. I don't think anyone would be upset at a store owner for defending their property and business but when the police get involved it's a problem.
