lanny, can we, and by we i mean me, have alternate theme, a more minimalist one where theres no back ground, no faggy banner,
just black lines and black texts on white background ????
the current theme doesnt look professional when i'm browsing at work. its in the same league as *chans. -

Should be pretty easy to rig up with user stylesheets or styley or whatever the popular CSS replacer for browsers is these days. I'm intentionally supporting just one theme out-of-box because it doubles the work involved in aesthetic changes.
You can also disable images for the site through your browser, although that makes the whole page a bright neon teal which is ugly as shit. -

It would probably be a pretty challenging first project. Not impossible, but if you haven't written a line of python before the setup and finding your way around might be tricky.
